1. About The DailyKin
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The DailyKin website and your purchase of products through it. The website and online store are operated by Thanvika Wellness & Lifestyle LLP (trading as The DailyKin) (“DailyKin”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
2. Eligibility and Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order. If a minor accesses the website, a parent or legal guardian should supervise and authorise the use and any purchase.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, impersonate another person, or misuse another customer’s information.
- Do not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit The DailyKin content, branding, packaging artwork, photographs or other intellectual property without written permission.
3. The DailyKin Products
The DailyKin currently offers lifestyle-wellness food products including its Power Bowl range, such as Chocolate Oats Power Bowl and Chocolate Barley Power Bowl, with additional flavours or products that may be introduced from time to time.
Product formulation, ingredients, nutrition information, serving size, pack size, claims and preparation instructions are those displayed on the applicable product page and/or pack at the time of purchase. Product information may be updated when formulation, regulatory requirements or packaging changes.
The DailyKin products are food products and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the website constitutes medical, nutritional or professional healthcare advice.
4. Ingredients, Allergens and Dietary Information
Please read the ingredient list, allergen declaration, nutrition information and preparation instructions on the product packaging before consuming the product. The DailyKin products may contain or be manufactured in facilities handling ingredients such as soy, milk and tree nuts, depending on the product. Always rely on the current pack declaration for the product purchased.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are following a medically prescribed diet, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before consuming the product.
5. Product Claims and Website Information
Statements such as “20g protein”, “No Added Sugar”, “ready in 30 seconds”, “instant”, “high fibre” or similar claims will only be used by The DailyKin where supported by the applicable product formulation, testing, labelling requirements and law. The website may contain educational content about food and nutrition; such content is general information and should not be treated as personalised medical advice.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but minor differences in colour, texture, appearance or photography may occur.
6. Pricing, Offers and Taxes
All prices, discounts, shipping charges and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page. The DailyKin may change prices, promotions, bundles or product availability from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where correction is required because of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Promotional codes and offers may have additional conditions, expiry dates, usage limits or product exclusions. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when The DailyKin confirms the order or otherwise processes it for fulfilment. We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary because of stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, serviceability limitations, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law.
If we cancel an accepted prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processor's timelines.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to use a payment method that you are authorised to use. The DailyKin does not intend to store complete card credentials on its own systems where the payment provider processes the transaction.
Cash-on-delivery, where offered, may be subject to verification and serviceability. The DailyKin may restrict COD for repeated refused deliveries or suspected misuse.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by The DailyKin Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of destination, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number. Please inspect the package at delivery and contact us promptly if it appears materially damaged or tampered with.
10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Because The DailyKin sells packaged food, opened or consumed products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Eligible cases such as damaged, defective, tampered, incorrect or materially compromised products are handled under the Refund & Return Policy.
Taste preference, change of mind, failure to like a flavour, or an opened product that is otherwise safe and as described does not ordinarily qualify for return or refund.
11. Intellectual Property
The DailyKin name, logo, visual identity, packaging designs, photographs, copy, graphics, website design, product names, original content and other materials are owned by or licensed to The DailyKin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by using the website or purchasing a product.
12. Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions or other content to The DailyKin, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person's rights. You grant The DailyKin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display such content for brand, marketing, customer-service and related business purposes, subject to applicable law.
The DailyKin may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, analytics, advertising, fulfilment, logistics, communications and social-media services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The DailyKin is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Website Availability and Errors
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue portions of the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.

The DailyKin is a food and lifestyle-wellness brand. Product information is provided to help customers make informed food choices and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual responses to food products vary. Customers should review ingredients and allergen information and seek professional advice where appropriate.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The DailyKin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify The DailyKin against claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.
18. Force Majeure
The DailyKin will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic or pandemic events, government action, strikes, transport disruption, internet or infrastructure failure, war, civil unrest, or similar events.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. Subject to those rights, disputes may be referred to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Hyderabad/Telangana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
